Day 10, 11,12 13 June 9, 10, 11, 12

It seems nothing could be as exciting as Idaho Mountains! But we left Elk City this morning or should I say noon. We met the Airport Manager, Curt and his dog, Mugs.(Pictures to follow)I forgot my camera.
He was originally from SanDiego CA. He told us how he got to this little town of
Elk City.
We left there to have lunch on Priest Lake, at Cavanaugh Bay.
Curt told us about it and it wasn't out of the way.
We flew into Sandpoint Idaho to refuel as Elk City had no fuel. Then further northwest into Porthill another little grass strip. We then taxied up a road and down by a river. We didn't know if it was Canada or US as we ended up right in the middle of US Customs and Canadian Customs. Cleared Canadian customs and flew into Cranbrook for the night.
Tommorrow we will continue to go Northwest to Golden. Then to Prince George at least for now.
Plans could change...who knows!
love ya
M&M
