This is where we stayed for the night ...good thing because the Alaska state bird was more than abundant here(Mosquitoes)
The bunkhouse had two rooms with several sleeping bunks...I guess it would hold about 12 or 14 people. and a middle room with supplies. They had a big can with emergency food in it!
There was a sign that said " Please do not leave food in the bunkhouse" " Bears have broken in twice in the last few years to get food"
It was built in 1940's for a temporary army (something) and was moved to this location. How I do not know! Lot of people come here to hunt.
The hot tub was built in the seventies.
