This is the copper mine, this thing was huge! Built right into the side of the mountain. We hiked through it to get to Root Glacier.
Later we flew up here and into the glacier and we saw another copper mine built really high into the side of a steep cliff. It just
seemed impossible to get anything up that high! It was thousands of feet high! You could see cables where they pulled things up there. Unbelievable!
