We have been through Georgia, TN, Ky, Mo., Iowa, Nebraska, and now are in
South Dakota. We have traveled over 1000 miles. We traveled over the Ohio River,
and the Mississippi River. The MS River had the largest barges I have ever seen.
We saw the Missouri River too. We passed St. Louis in the distance, and ended up
in Creston, Iowa last night. When we got to Creston I ask the Lady at the airport
"Where are we anyway" Mell was so busy trying to figure out where he wanted to land
he thought we were still in Missouri, but we had crossed over. Speeking of crossing
over that reminds me of the Hugh Cross in Missouri (I think)I could see no reason for
it except to remind all who saw it that Jesus died for our sins! It was awsome !
All of the midwest was mostly beautiful farm land, and ranches. Nebraska had mostly
ranches with feeding pins. Poor cows! And finally South Dakota "The bad lands" Mell
flew really low in some parts of the bad lands, Wow ! That was a cool way to end the day. Enjoy the pictures !
