Paulette and Kerry are the people with the B&B that we stayed with in Homer. Paulette invited us to stay at their place 40 miles outside of Nome. She told us how to find it. Find Salmon Lake, then, take the river off Salmon lake to Iron River turn right, it will come to Discovery Creek and our place is the one with the Grey house two tar buildings, D7(earth mover) next to it. It was kinda fun following rivers to find someones house! We were disapointed
that we couldn't land and stay for the night, because of some big rocks on the runway!(Small Tires) Click the picture and see the runway at the top right hand corner, next to the creek.
